EmpiriStat Returns to MAGI with Risk-Based Monitoring Statistical and Software Solution Package

Dr. Nicole Close, President and Founder of EmpiriStat, Inc., will be in San Francisco, California to be a guest speaker at this year's MAGI Clinical Research Conference-West, November 9-12, 2014 at the Fairmont Hotel.
After Dr. Close's first MAGI speaking engagement in 2010, where she presented her "Biostatistics for Mere Mortals" talk, she has become a frequent and much sought-after feature at the MAGI conferences. Previously, Dr. Close has been presented with the coveted "Excellent Speaker" star award, as voted on by past participants at MAGI conferences.  This year she will present "Risk-Based & Centralized Site Monitoring: Implementation; How to put theory into practice." EmpiriStat and partner company FEFA, LLC, have developed a cost effective software solution for implementation of Risk-Based Monitoring across studies and clinical development programs.
With already more than 11,000 members, Model Agreements & Guidelines International (MAGI) has made it its mission to standardize practices for clinical research operations, business and regulatory compliance. MAGI offers free, no obligation memberships to individuals, not organizations. MAGI conferences always offer exceptional networking opportunities. The San Francisco conference will offer more than 90 sessions and workshops in seven tracks: sponsor operations, site operations, regulatory compliance, contracts, budgets and billing, quality and special topics; as well as offered 22+ continuing education contact hours (CME, CNE, CLE, and CCB) and the Clinical Research Contract Professional (CRCP) certification exam.
EmpiriStat, Inc. is proud to once again offer its support and contributions to this vibrant group of clinical research professionals, sharing wide-ranging expertise to veterans and newcomers alike.
